To Reserve The Boat Just For Your Party.

Your Charter With Another Party. We will
take reservations
from individuals to try to fulfill the maximum capacity.
The minimum advance security
deposit required is $100.00 (one hundred dollars). The charterer will receive a deposit refund
in full, if the charterer cancels at least 30 days prior to the scheduled
charter date. Deposit is non-refundable
if charterer cancels less than 30 days in advance of the scheduled date. If Charterer cancels one week prior or less
to scheduled charter date, the charterer is responsible for entire payment of
the base charter rate. If Wildwood Marina's personnel determine that
mechanical difficulty or weather will not permit a vessel to leave the dock,
the charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date, or the deposit
will be refunded in full. If Wildwood
Marina’s personnel determine during a trip that the vessel should return to the
dock in less than the allotted time, due to mechanical difficulty, the
charterer will pay for only the portion of the trip completed. If Wildwood Marina’s personnel determine
during a trip that the vessel should return to the dock in less than the
allotted time, due to weather, Refund Policy Is As Follows:
Up To 1 Hour Away From Dock–Full Refund 1-2 Hours Away From Dock–½ Refund More Than 2 Hours Away From Dock– No
Refund
Charter Times Are Dock-To-Dock. Licenses Are Non-Refundable.
All charters must be paid for
in full by the charterer prior to the departure of the vessel from the dock.
