Credit Card deposit required when making reservations. Charterer will be responsible for $100.00 per person if cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date. If Wildwood Marina's personnel determine that mechanical difficulty or weather will not permit a vessel to leave the dock, the charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable date. If Wildwood Marina’s personnel determine during a trip that the vessel should return to the dock in less than the allotted time, due to mechanical difficulty, the charterer will pay for only the portion of the trip completed. If Wildwood Marina’s personnel determine during a trip that the vessel should return to the dock in less than the allotted time, due to weather, Refund Policy Is As Follows:
Up To 1 Hour Away From Dock–Full Refund 1-2 Hours Away From Dock–½ Refund More Than 2 Hours Away From Dock– No Refund
Charter Times Are Dock-To-Dock. Licenses Are Non-Refundable.
All charters must be paid for in full by the charterer prior to the departure of the vessel from the dock.
